Thank you for contacting Jakhurikar Graphics. We hope you are happy with our designs. We are giving unlimited previews and only one design after the payment, so you will take care and download the correct design. However, if you are not able to download any item for any reason or some technical issue, then we will refund your full amount or our support team will help you to create a design. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All the refundable payments will be applicable only on when you contact us on the same day, we will refund the full amount after the confirmation is received from our system whether you have downloaded the design or not.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an Design, please email customer service at jakhurikar@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9657917189 with the order number and mention your Email ID and Mobile number which is given you when the payment. also, below is our physical address.

REFUNDS

We will refund the full amount after the confirmation is received from our system whether you have downloaded the design or not. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

If you have downloaded the correct design and then have applied for the refund then we will not accept any refund request.
